Sean is also a Managing Partner at Convex Capital Group, a holding company formed to acquire, operate, and hold lower middle market private companies with a focus on acquisitions within the industrial distribution, industrial services, manufacturing, financial services, and beverage industries. Sean received a B.S. in Finance from Colorado State University and an M.B.A. from Yale University. Sean is a CFA® Charterholder.
