At VVAM, Sean serves as the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer. Sean also founded Convex Capital Group, a holding company formed to acquire, operate, and hold lower middle market private companies with a focus on acquisitions within the industrial distribution, industrial services, manufacturing, financial services, and beverage industries.  Sean received an M.B.A. from Yale University and is a CFA Charterholder.
